Promotunity Inc ("Promotunity," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.promotunity-usa.com (the "Site") and in the course of doing business with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our render request form, email us or call us, we may collect your name, company or agency, email address, phone number, website, any logo or artwork files you upload, and any details you share about your project.
Information from our business customers. When we work on an order, our customers, including promotional products distributors, may share business contact details and shipping information so we can produce and deliver the order.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your general location, such as city or country. We use this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Site from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the form. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare renders, quotes and samples
- To produce, ship and support your orders
- To follow up about your project or our products
- To send occasional emails about our products and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To protect the Site and our business from spam, fraud and misuse
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Your logos and artwork
Logos, artwork and designs you send us are used to prepare renders, molds and products for you. We do not sell them or share them with other companies. We may show photos or renders of products we have made as examples of our work, for example on our website or in our marketing. If you would prefer that we not show your products, let us know and we will respect your request.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as website hosting, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA and shipping carriers, who may use it only to provide their services to us
- With the distributor or customer who placed an order, as needed to complete that order
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Promotunity, our customers or others
Google Analytics and cookies
To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
Email communications
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can ask us to stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or by contacting us using the details below. We may still contact you about orders or inquiries you have made.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support orders, keep business records and meet legal requirements. Molds and artwork files are kept on file so we can support your reorders.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no website, email or method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided to us by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Visitors outside the United States
Promotunity is based in the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
